Well, then you came to the right place, because this raffle will be devoted to the new players of EVE.
Hello, as a new player I know how hard it can be to start out in this world, you need money for this and that, but you just can't happen to come over the amount you need, when you need it. This is why I started this raffle, which will help me, and other new players, it will work as following:
As this is a newly started raffle I will offer 10 tickets for the price of 500K each, I will be taking 5% of this sum for myself until this raffle has gotten off it's feet, whereas I will take nothing, and instead give out 5% of the sum to a random new player. 5% of 5M is 250 000, which doesn't seem much to older players, but it is indeed a lot for a new player. If this raffle progresses I will be adding more tickets, to increase the sum given out to new players, and the sum given back to the winner (YOU!)
I will be using this website to draw the winner: http://www.randomnumbergenerator.com/default.asp, to make it fair. I will simply input the number 101 and 110, and it will single out the winner, there will be a web cam at Stickam while I draw the winning number to prove its authenticity.
I haven't decided on how often I'm going to run this, I'll work that out later if it ends up working out.
tl;dr version
1. Buy one of the tickets (500K)
2. All tickets are bought
3. I announce a winner
4. Winner recieves 95% of the ticket incomes.
5. I take 5%
6. Raffle grows, I increase the amount of tickets, I stop taking 5% of the money and instead will be giving it to a random new player of EVE.
That's it, if you wish to join, post here with the ticket number you want and then send me 500K in-game.
PRIZE: 500 000 x 10 = 5 000 000 - 5% = 4 750 000
